Nature has already brewed up a conspiracy to contain human population over growth. I see polarization of forces in the form of ISIS and its enemies. It’s high time we retrieve back our war mongering leaders. There is an urgent need to support and bring to the front leaders of peace. We should stop fighting because war brings nothing else than death and destruction. Our war mongering leaders are looking for territorial gains by exploiting prevailing crisis. We should be united in our efforts to restore our environment. There is an need to redistribute resources like knowledge resource, raw materials, manufacturing hubs and service hubs globally. Even the management expertise and resources of terror leaders can be utilized for the cause of service to humanity if possible. We need to correct our failure to bring about equitable and distributed growth of our planet earth. The territorial gain ambitions are futile as the whole planet belongs to humans and our fellow beings. We need to spread environmental awareness and awareness of our right to lead a human life. We need to spread love and compassion for our fellow humans and other beings. We need to serve our mother earth and restore her pride in her children. She should be proud of the service we deliver to heal her wounds. We need to channelize monetary as well as other resources whenever a crisis occurs through charity rather than trying to use it for materialistic gains.
It’s time we learn from our mistakes and admit them without the fear that others will take undue advantage of our confessions. We should stop playing blame game and try to correct our mistakes. We need to be the change we wish to see. Each one should do his part towards this noble cause. It’s time we use peace and conscience as instruments of human and environmental welfare. It’s high time we adopt glocal policy. The goods and services produced in any part of world should be produced locally but as per global quality standards using highly energy efficient technologies. We need to minimize wastage and losses as much as possible. People in overgrown cities should consider relocating to villages to ensure easy availability of services and resources. Once this plan for containing emission and wastage gains sufficient momentum, we should strive to have a global population control policy in order to make our planet a better place to live in. Profits have no use unless they do real good to humans and our planet. We should avoid wars at all cost as they cost heavily in terms of energy, resources and precious human lives. Let us be what we are right from our birth. To err is human. A mistake done repeatedly is a sin. Let us be humans. Humans who value human sentiments. Humans who care for each other. Humans who work for service to humanity out of their own free will rather than forced capitalist labors. Mass production is good as long as it minimizes cost and energy for production and consumption of goods. What is the use of having unduly high prices and skewed profit sharing in the production to consumption chain? Monopoly is harmful. The leading MNCs should allow sister firms of their sector to grow and flourish in order to promote healthy competition for their mutual and multilateral benefits. Monopolistic tendencies should be avoided as over concentration of power and responsibilities generally leads to saturation, burnout and losses. Loss of morale and saturation of growth. Look at our own universe. It exists because we are having billions of tiny stars rather than a single mega star. Such a mega star will actually collapse under his own gravity and form a giant black hole of monstrous proportions.
So we should transform from concentration towards controlled distribution. The sun controls his fusion reaction to provide us energy. If sun explodes (supernova) we will receive destruction in place of energy. Let us start a silent transformation. From wars settle in scores to mature humanity. From ignorance towards enlightenment. From war towards peace. From mindless exploitation to meaningful utilization. From hatred towards love and compassion. From blame game towards correcting our own mistakes. From competitive insecurity and uncertainty towards social security. From cynical thinking towards fidelity, fraternity and universal brotherhood. From revenge, resentment and grudges towards clean conscience, peace of mind and harmony. From oppression and dominance towards self-actualization and self-regulation (discipline). From greed towards charity and altruism. From endless demands of few towards fulfillment of basic needs of all human beings. From low grades and percentiles towards humanistic upgrades. Please don’t force any of the above on anyone. Let people use their own conscience to choose.
